Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Bypath, including the website, account dashboard, and OpenAI-compatible API service. By using Bypath, you agree to these Terms and the Fair Use Policy.

1. Early access and accounts

Bypath is currently invite-only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Account creation is available only after an invite is issued. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, sessions, and API keys.

2. API use

The service is intended for coding and software-development workflows. You may not resell access, share API keys publicly, bypass rate limits, attack or overload the service, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

3. Billing

Paid access is billed through Stripe when enabled for your account. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are shown during checkout. You can manage billing from your dashboard after your account is active.

4. Service changes and availability

Bypath may change models, limits, features, providers, or availability as the service evolves. Early-access service may be interrupted, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable.

5. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, payment failure, security risk, policy violations, or activity that threatens service reliability for other users.

6. Disclaimers

Bypath is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, model output accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before use.
