Fair Use Policy

Bypath is designed to provide generous DeepSeek V4 Flash access for individual coding workflows while keeping the service reliable for everyone.
Intended use
Use Bypath for interactive software development, coding agents, code review, debugging, documentation, tests, and related developer workflows.
Current guardrails
- OpenAI-compatible API requests are rate-limited.
- Only one concurrent model request is allowed per API key by default.
- Very high monthly token usage can trigger manual review.
- Requests and upstream responses have size and timeout limits to protect service stability.
Not allowed
- Reselling, proxying, pooling, or sharing your API key with unaffiliated users.
- Bulk automation unrelated to coding workflows.
- Using Bypath with OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, or similar autonomous coding-agent farms is explicitly not allowed.
- Load testing, scraping, credential attacks, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass limits.
- Using the service in a way that degrades availability for others.
Review and enforcement
If usage appears unsafe or far outside normal coding workflows, access may be rate-limited, placed into manual review, or suspended. If you have a legitimate high-volume coding use case, contact us before scaling up.
